It All Starts With Your Mind

This "work" to becoming the mom who knows how to regain peace no matter what life throws your way is such a worthy endeavor and it all starts with looking at your thinking.

I introduce three ways to begin this process which include understanding:

  1. You are separate from your thoughts
  2. There are circumstances of life and then there are your thoughts about the circumstances. You can separate out the Facts from the Story you are thinking about them and 
  3. You get to choose what to think, keep what you are thinking or choose another way of thinking about it all. The power is always yours.
