Feeling Peace on Purpose
This episode takes a look at the feeling of peace and how to generate it on purpose. All of your feelings are caused by your thinking. This is powerful to know because it allows you to assume full responsibility for how you feel, at all times, without having to attribute it to any circumstances outside of yourself. Listen to the examples of generating the feeling of peace and define what is peace, what are someways to think in order to generate more peacefulness in your motherhood, how to regain your peace when you are out of it and most importantly where to find everlasting peace.
