I'm a mom of three, certified life coach, author, speaker and host of The Peaceful Mind Podcast. My coaching journey began when I was in the same boat as you as a mom: trying to do it all, overwhelmed and exhausted, not feeling aligned with the mom I wanted to be, and knowing I needed a different approach.Â
Something needed to change, because what I was trying wasn't working.
So I hired a life coach who "got" me and found a path out from underneath it all.
Through the tools and strategies offered to me I actually learned how to reprioritized everything and make progress toward all the goals that had been eluding me. I became calmer… healthier … happier...and holier in the process.
It was such a transformation that reflected in my relationships, family life, mental and physical health, and overall happiness of me and those around me… and most importantly it positively impacted my three beautiful children.
I want to share this process and approach (feels like a secret sauce I just can't keep to myself) with moms just like me.
Now I focus my coaching practice to help other moms of faith to find the same joy, balance, and peace through an approach that works!
