On this week's episode I provide a gentle reminder that in order to be the most effective mom I know you want to be, the need to find and fit in times of rest throughout our busy day will have you feeling better, showing up more fully and have you accessing more often your superpowers within. The mind likes to be productive but to a level that is detrimental to our goals.
